Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Shipping times and costs depend on the destination and the availability of courier services.
~Free delivery on all orders of €75 or more
~For orders under €75, a €4.95 delivery fee applies

Oasis Skin Shop is not responsible for delays caused by health and safety regulations, transportation issues, or emergency situations.

Delivery Method
Orders are delivered by PostNL to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to accept the delivery.

Delivery Delays
If we are unable to deliver your products within 30 days from the date of your order, we will notify you via email to reschedule the delivery or arrange a refund.

Risk & Responsibility
Products are shipped at our risk until they are signed for by you or another person at the address you provided.
Please check your email for delivery notifications and make arrangements if you know you will not be present at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
You are fully responsible for providing the correct delivery address.
If an incorrect or outdated address is submitted and the parcel is delivered there, Oasis Skin Shop is not liable for retrieving the package or issuing a refund.
In such cases, you must contact the resident or location at the provided address to recover your parcel.
