  1. Cleanse the face thoroughly.  
  2. Unfold the mask and apply it to the face (and neck if design allows). Hook side flaps or ear loops if present.  
  3. Leave the mask on for approx. 20 minutes.  
  4. Remove the mask and gently massage any remaining gel/serum into the skin until fully absorbed.  
  5. Use 1–2 times per week (or as recommended) for best effect.
